 'Moonriver' 1986 Davidson Boats 40' semi-trad - lying Penkridge

Moonriver is a 40’ semi trad, all steel narrowboat built in 1986 by Davidson and powered by a BMC 1.5. She has a traditional layout, with a fixed double berth in the rear bedroom followed by bathroom with cassette toilet, shower and hand basin. The galley is next with saloon at the bow.

Moonriver is extremely well equipped, she features a 700W solar panel system with mppt controller, 3 x AGM 110Amp leisure batteries fitted in June last year and a 1600W Sterling inverter/charger. The galley is fitted with a 12v Waeco fridge (new last year), 4 burner hob and a microwave. There are 2 TV’s, one in the bedroom and a 40” smart TV in the lounge.

She was painted and blacked in June 2018 and has a BSC to July 2022.

Externally, Moonriver has nice lines and a pleasant shape to her bow. Internally the décor is nicely done and provides a cosy, homely feel.

1993 Harborough Marine 56’ Project Cruiser Stern Narrowboat - £19,950 – Barbridge This is a 56’, all steel, cruiser stern narrowboat built which we believe to have been built in 1993 by Harborough Marine.  Propulsion is provided by a 42hp Isuzu Diesel engine with PRM260 gearbox and twin alternators.
